Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
Studio 5050 products are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions, billed automatically through Stripe at the start of each billing period until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll issue a full refund for that billing period. Because our tools are delivered digitally and used immediately, refunds beyond this window are handled case by case — but if something didn't work as described, we'll make it right.
