1. Overview
Studio 5050 ("we", "us") provides web-based software tools on a subscription basis. By creating an account or subscribing to one of our products, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Products are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions through Stripe until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you process with our tools and must have the rights to use it. Don't use our products for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe others' rights.
4. Warranty & liability
Our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio 5050's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
